In August of 1944 US Army troops marched through Paris, France in front of the famous landmark the Arc de Triomphe.
These are Tim Mee brand toy soldiers, some of them are sixty years old.
The flags I printed on my computer printer.
The US Army flag usually has a white base but in the field a blue flag is authorized so as not to cause confusion with a flag of truce.
The Arc De Triomphe is a resin model, I think it is one massive piece.
It works well with figures from HO scale to 60mm.
The roadway is Christmas decoration sold at craft shops.
The Arc De Triomphe is actually sold as an end table. I use mine for wargame purposes rather than as furniture.
Thanks for reading.
