• In order to earn Loyalty Points, you must have a customer account. You may create an account by clicking the "Login" link or you may create an account during the checkout process.
  • You will earn Loyalty Points at the rate of 5% of the product value of each completed, paid, and shipped order.
  • Examples:














  • The order value does not include insurance, shipping, and sales tax.
  • The order value does not include items that are not in stock, backordered, etc which may result in modification of points earned when the order is shipped and invoiced.
  • Points may also be earned as a birthday gift email if you provide your birthdate (birthday cannot be within the next 30 days) in your account.
  • Points may also be earned for referring someone, through our rewards & referral system, who makes a purchase at Fidelis Models.
  • After completing your order, Loyalty Points will be added to your account. When you login the next time, the website will display your current point value.
  • Points can only be redeemed on a new order with a total product value of $75.00 or more.
  • Points cannot be applied to the payment of shipping fees or sales tax.
  • You may redeem points to get coupon codes for your choice of fixed discounts or percentage discounts.
  • There is no limit on how many points you can earn and retain.
