Description

3d printed model.

Caterpillar D7 Bulldozer was first designed in 1938 and continued in production until 1950.  The base tractor was first used to tow heavy coast artillery where speed and armor protection was not a concern.  The Engineers however obtained blades for these and used them for construction work all over the world.  Particularly the US Navy Seabees were famous for making airfields on remote Pacific Islands using these machines.

This model is 3D printed using filament, and will show striations which are normal for this technology.  This is a model kit that is sold un-assembled and un-painted.  The model can be constructed using regular model tools and model paints.  Super glue gel and 5 minute epoxy glues work well on these types of kits.
