Customer Loyalty Points
- In order to earn Loyalty Points, you must have a customer account. You may create an account by clicking the "Login" link or you may create an account during the checkout process.
- You will earn Loyalty Points at the rate of 5% of the product value of each completed, paid, and shipped order.

- The order value does not include insurance, shipping, and sales tax.
- The order value does not include items that are not in stock, backordered, etc which may result in modification of points earned when the order is shipped and invoiced.
- After completing your order, Loyalty Points will be added to your account. When you login the next time, the website will display your current point value.
- Points can only be redeemed on a new order with a total product value of $75.00 or more.
- Points cannot be applied to the payment of shipping fees or sales tax.
- When you checkout, you will be offered a choice to redeem points and apply to the current order OR to retain the points for a future order.
- There is no limit on how many points you can earn and retain.
- This Customer Loyalty Points program is subject to change or cancellation at any time with or without notice.
