88mm Flak Gun -
88mm Flak Gun was used by the Germans in World War Two as both an anti-aircraft gun, field artillery piece and anti-tank gun. They were towed by halftracks, mounted on halftracks, on train cars, on ferry boats, and in permanent emplacements. These guns were in use from the Spanish Civil War until the last few operational weapons were used in Vietnam against American jets in the 1960's. Over 20,000 of these guns were made and they served in every front with the German Armed Forces in World War Two. The Italians, Greeks, and even the Americans used some in combat in WWII.
